This is an AMC requirement: they want an approved vendor to handle all film print deliveries.
Please read the below instructions carefully to ensure DCP for All receives your film by MARCH 11. DO NOT MISS DEADLINE
Steps to Submit Your Film:
Due to previous year’s high number of faulty DCPs. We are no longer able to accept films made with DCP-O-Matic or Wraptor. Do not send those files. If you upload a DCP-O-Matic or Wraptor file they will charge $50.
DCP for All is offering a lower price for longer films to help accommodate the DCP creation requirement. You are NOT required to use DCP for ALL to make your DCO, but you are required to send them a professionally made DCP.
PRICING FOR DCP CREATION
0 – 5 minutes: $50
6 – 10 minutes: $80
10 – 20 minutes: $110
20 – 40 minutes: $ 140
40+ minutes: $190
You are at no point forced to create a DCP with DCP for ALL. However, thanks to our partnership with KCFFI, If you decide to purchase a DCP from DCP for ALL for the 2025 KCFFI, , you will also get:

DEADLINES:
March 7, 2025 First deadline: Films should by this date.
March 11, 2025 Last Deadline. Films received after this date will incur late fees.
March 12 – March 14, 2025
Mandatory late fee to guarantee DCP delivery ($50)
March 14, 2025No film will be accepted after this date. (DCPs or Source Files).
March 27, 2025 Festival begins.

If you already have a DCP, their services to you are completely free of charge. DCP for ALL will test and deliver your DCP directly to the theater. DO NOT upload DCPs created with Wraptor or DCP-O-Matic. They will not be accepted and you will be charged $50 to upload a new DCP.
