Yes, events will be posted online as final information becomes available. You will be able to view the schedule, view stills/trailers and read a synopsis of each film. You’ll also be able to purchase tickets starting on April 8th.
Look for a big announcement this week on the opening night film!

Yes, and more!
These are only the films in competition — we’ll have Jubilee Showcase features (like Winter’s Bone) and other features and shorts (major international films for example) that are not in competition for awards.
I don’t see the schedule of when each film is playing. Will each film be shown only once during the festival?
Most films play only once. A few films play more than once… the schedule will be posted April 1 at the latest.
Good lineup of films…
One question – if a guest filmmaker actually resides in or around KC, can they really be called a ‘visiting filmmaker’?
In fact this year we’re going to change the name to reflect the fact that more of our artists and workshop presenters are local…
will there be a Q & A with the filmmakers whose films are being shown and are in attendance?
All Jubilee Showcase films will have a Q&A in the theater following the film.
For all others, audiences will be invited to the Mezzanine level for a Q&A with the filmmakers in attendance.
I haven’t been able to locate the children’s schedule and the names of the flms that will be presented.
