Tammy Stone is Manager of Programming at Film Circuit, a division of the Toronto International Film Festival Group, a position she has held for four years. Tammy completed her Master of Arts in Film Theory and is currently completing her doctoral dissertation on the role of observation in everyday life and the documentary film, at York University. Her articles on film have been published widely in such publications as Cinema Scope Magazine, The Nation (Thailand), the Globe and Mail, and Take One magazine. The Canadian National Film Board’s 1960 masterpiece about Paul Anka, Lonely Boy, is one of her favorite films of all time.
